Trứng muối - Home made salty eggs

Salty egg is very familiar with Vietnamese. It is used in different Vietnamese dishes. To buy it in Vietnam is very easy but more difficult here where I live so I did try to make the eggs myself. It took quite long (25 days) to get the eggs ready to eat but they turned out to be very nice and beautiful.
